Clean and spacious accommodations with great amenities.

My stay was spoiled by poor service. The check-in process took an unreasonably long time, leaving me frustrated after a long day of travel. Upon entering my room, I discovered a malfunctioning air conditioner that made my nights uncomfortable and hot. Additionally, the breakfast selection was often limited and poorly stocked, which was disappointing.

Friendly staff made us feel at home, but check-in was a bit slow.

My stay in the King Room was really good! The room was spacious and super clean. The bed was comfy, and the whole vibe was nice and cozy. I loved that the Wi-Fi was strong, which helped me relax. No major complaints, just felt very comfortable during my stay!

my stay at wingate was fantastic. the king room was spacious and very clean. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. i loved having access to the outdoor pool and the 24-hour fitness center, which are great amenities for relaxation and working out. plus, it’s conveniently located near bayou 2018!

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, and another front desk agent went out of their way to ensure I had breakfast. Highly recommend!

Spacious room and excellent breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay. the King Room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the scrambled eggs and sausages. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome during my time there. However, the heating system in the room was a bit noisy, which could be improved for a more comfortable experience.

The hotel offered a fantastic stay for our family, especially our elderly parents. The staff really went above and beyond, treating us like family. We loved the comfortable beds and enjoyed accessing the fitness room when it wasn't busy. The breakfast, particularly the waffles, was a hit with everyone!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy during our stay.
